Hand blocked felt base covered in finest quality 100% silk crepe backed satin & French corded lace. Trimmed with two floaty hand made silk chiffon roses with diamante centres(centres optional). Hat lined with silk satin & secured with black or white hat elastic. Design also available in ivory, red or black on special request. This headpiece complies with the dress code rules for Ascot Royal Enclosure.
